They Will Never Reiburse You For Damages Caused

I paid extra for the insurance on all three of my parcels since I was shipping them overseas. They arrived damaged, waterlogged, and some of the contents were broken and damaged. I applied for the claim I was entitled to due to having purchased the insurance as soon as I got back into the US. They have yet to give me the reimbursement that I am owed for the damages caused, and I filed this claim over 2 months ago!
