TrakPak Tracking

TrakPak is a tracked mail service which makes use of global postal networks in order to keep prices lower for users. This does mean less tracking statuses will be provided but you and the recipient will still be able to monitor the progress of the delivery. 

How do I view the TrakPak tracking? 

To view the TrakPak tracking you can use the PMS shipment number provided at the time of booking and enter it into the Parcel Monkey tracking tool. You will then be able to see any updates on the package status and when it has been delivered. 

What TrakPak tracking statuses will I see?

TrakPak provides basic tracking so that you can follow the goods from their collection until delivery and you can share this tracking number with the recipient so they to can follow the package until it arrives. 

When you ship a package via TrakPak the goods will be picked up from your home or work address as an economy service. It will be scanned when it is picked up and then there is a scan at the sort facility to say it has been dispatched to the recipient.

There is a then a wait until the next scan to show proof of delivery at the handover point to the consumer, so you can have that peace of mind the goods have arrived safely. The lack of multiple scans on the package keeps the cost of the service down. 

TrakPak is also available as drop off service for those who prefer to drop off rather than waiting at home for a courier pickup.
