very good reliable service

Good service for first time usage

Sent first time from France, Ariege to UK using Colissimo, since to large a pacakge to use my usual DPD service. Very impressed by speed and efficiency of Colissimo, would recommend them and place my trust on their service.
One extra assistance, when I was handing the large package over at the local Post Office drop off point, they advised , if I could not wait for collection next day ( was late afternoon) , I could take to alternate gathering warehouse locally and it would depart that evening. But anyway, package left and was delivered 3 days later in Scotland

Define "delivery service"

I left one star as there is no option for zero. I paid extra for fast delivery of keys to a friends house, 19 days later they have not arrived or been returned. Despite this being a computerised system, and the supplied, printed labels being put clearly on both sides of the package, collissimo claim they don't know who to send it to.
Utterly useless performance and it's now going to cost me a visit from the locksmith.
Simply throw your parcel in the bin, the outcome is the same but you save money.
