They marked it “heavy” but it wasn’t! It was just a big painting in huge box, very light. The box was damaged in transit, looks like all there really heavy parcels were stacked on my box and it was FLAT!!! I marked it “fragile” but 0.5x2 inch wooden frame of my painting was broken in half, and customer returned it. Of course I had an insurance on it but I can’t file it because of some mistake and customer service have no clue how I can collect my insurance now. It was almost a year I trying to resolve it and nothing happens! Do not ever use the service!
