I booked this parcel on a 3 day delivery last Thursday and dropped the parcel off at a drop off point on Friday morning.
This parcel is still not showing 'out for delivery' and it is now Wednesday.
Typical DPD .... Not very impressive.Parcel Monkey replied on 28/01/2019

More than 24 hours after I have paid I have still not received any shipping labels. Customer Service unhelpful, just telling me to raise a support ticket which I had already done. There is no phone number to call, this company and website is very frustrating if there is a problem.
