Good Service - Should Provide Jersey Post Tracking Number Sooner

The item shipped, and it got there. My only complaint is that a Jersey Post tracking number isn't provided sooner after it hits the Chicago exit hub because ParcelMonkey doesn't track on 17track. When doing product returns and selling things online, it is important to have that number to give.

Poor service. Limited tracking details. Parcel lost in transit.

Parcel update was very limited. Item was sent to the other side of the world and then back before it was lost in transit.
Overall a very bad experience.
