Average rating as ultimately the package was delivered. It took several weeks longer then stated and appeared to be missing for those weeks with no updates. The package was highly roughed up as well, however the carefully packaged computer at the center (in its own original box still) was still fully functional on arrival.

Package NEVER DELIVERED

I sent a package through Parcel Monkey on 11/21/24. It cost me $80.32, even though the package was only 13 inches, a small box. It was going to the Philipines so I knew it might take 2 months at the longest. It is now 4/14/25- 5 MONTHS LATER, and it still has NOT been delivered.

This an unacceptable amount of time and no messages from you. On your website the trail stops on Dec 2024...
