The parcel was never picked up as promised. I took it to a Fed Ex location and sent it from there after calling Parcel Monkey, which I was on hold for for over 30 minutes. Excellent price and easy to track the parcel.
Update...good customer service in responding to my review.
I will definitely use parcelmoney again.

According to the carrier the item was not ready when the came to pickup. We are more than happy to refund the pickup fee to you as this was not used.
we dont offer any phone support for our services so I am not sure who you were on hold with. I am happy that your shipment was delivered in good condition and on time
