Disappointed

My customer sent me photos of her wood sign that I had sent to her- which was nicely packaged with “fragile” written twice on both sides;
She received with a crack down the middle of it. There are so many difficulties that this causes me and my business clients. I am not very happy with this treatment and extremely disappointed. Each of my pieces of art are one of a kind. I ALWAYS place insurance on then due to being Hand Scripted. Now I’m told that there was no insurance when I actually placed insurance coverage or $300 due to the size. It’s on my order
