it doesn't deserve one star
this is The worst shipping service I have ever seen.
starting from pickup schedule it was suppose to be July 24 and i reviewed the date several time and suddenly in July 24 they change it to July 25 without notice. the customer service agent told me sorry we cant do any thing, you can submit a report or dropoff your packages at any FedEx location so i had to rent a truck and drop-off my packages even they charged me for pickup.
when my packages arrived it was in a horrible shape, I never saw this level of damage before
Two LED TVs were completely broken
the zip for a page was ripped-off from the bottom and the page is half opened
the shipping boxes were crushed like they were throughout instead of handling, a small metal box inside the package was crushed,
the tracking service is useless, it doesn't show any information at all, all what you get is message telling you there is no tracking events availableParcel Monkey replied on 28/01/2019

The entire process from beginning to end was excellent! I had 2 orders with multiple boxes. When the courier came, they only had one of the orders on their sheet but took them all anyway. Courteous and helpful! I was able to track my packages from NE to NY and they made it in 4-5 business days. The boxes were in good condition and nothing was broken. Thank You! I will definitely use Parcel Monkey/Fed Ex again.
