Pkg was shipped and received. Box was very squashed upon receipt. One large plastic bowl was broken, but the rest of the items were intact.
Had some concern as this was our first time using parcel monkey, we had no idea when pickup would be which turned out to be late in the day. Still think this is a great way to ship most anything.
