Great Reliable Option During a Crisis

Used this service to send a package to Australia during the Covid-19 pandemic. Was able to easily schedule a pickup the next day at a price that was way less than other courier services (although still a bit expensive, I thought). Tracking was pretty easy and when there was a problem finding the recipient's address on the other end, they kept trying and reached out to keep us informed. Package got there safely and we appreciated the effort they made, even when there was confusion with the address.

Efficient and easy, with non-contact pickup and delivery. Really appreciate being able to get things to family members around the world during these restricted times.
