Crushed, damaged, opened package. Not Acceptable

This delivery was horrible. The package took over 4 weeks to arrive. Then when it did, the package was damaged, it was crushed. The package was opened and re-taped closed with a different tape that I did not use. I am very upset and would like a refund for this delivery.

My package wasn't picked up

I didn't receive confirmation on my scheduled pick up? When will they come? There is no way to reach customer service. Please advise ... I need to coordinate with my schedule

I have used this service 3 times now to mail packages from the U.S. to Australia. It has been a terrific experience every single time!

Terrible customer service, refused to deliver parcel, no inernal communication

The fulfiller for this service was FedEx, who were terrible every step of the way.
We missed one delivery, then arranged a re-delivery next Monday. They instead attempted to deliver the day after (when we had told them we would not be available), and then refused to do the delivery next Monday. After speaking with customer service again, they assured us that they would deliver on Tuesday.
We then had to call them again, only to hear that the local depot had refused to carry out the delivery that FedEx customer service told them to. We were astounded by the lack of communication between different departments, and eventually had to go collect the parcel ourselves from their depot on the outskirts.
On collection we find they have damaged the parcel in transit, with one side entirely ripped open and taped back up. They "didn't think" anything was missing, thankfully this was the case.Parcel Monkey replied on 26/11/2018
