The courier was FedEx. The parcel came 1 day after the expected delivery, but this is ok especially during Coronavirus time. Parcel Monkey is really wonderful, I've used them now to ship items from Hawaii to the Netherlands. The rates they got me were half the price as quoted by the actual company. Very happy and thankful for this service.

Very good service at reasonable rates, extensive choice of courier offered on website and concise information given on all options. (I shipped a parcel from Minneapolis Airport to England)
Helpful customer service who answered all queries prior to booking. Excellent, speedy communication throughout booking, collection and delivery. The inclusion of whether a signature Is required on delivery and the ability to stop delivery to neighbours if not at home would make this perfect. However, I thoroughly recommend Parcel Monkey and would definitely use again.
