Parcels never were collected

I paid extra to get the boxes collected from my house and they didn't come in time and gave no communication so I had to deliver them to a FedEx office myself. Really needed a phone number to call and talk to someone about it at the time but there is only an email chat.

Don’t use pick up service!!!!!

Don’t offer pick up service that comes days or a week later. Pickup should be next day with the prices you are charging. Paying for 2 day shipping is pointless if you take 3-4 days to even pick up the package. I’ve had to drop off every single package at the postal store myself since nobody showed up. I feel ripped off.
