easy efficient and quick

Not happy with Fed-ex

It was sent by Fed ex. When it arrived in the UK, notification was sent that it was in Leeds (same town as delivery) on the Friday. They logged in each day to see when it was being delivered and it always said the next day- so they waited in the house. It was finally delivered the following Friday! We chose Fedex as it was a 5-6 business day delivery. It took 12! We could have chosen cheaper service.
