Very satisfied. My packages arrived very quickly within 5 business days overseas. No issues. Great rates. Once you make the selection and process the transaction the carrier provider name appears. I was delighted to see it was Fed Ex for the Option that I chose. I contacted customer support via chat and they responded quickly.
Everything went great with parcel monkey chat hotline. They scheduled my pick up.
I would suggest , Just do your research on customs requirements when shipping overseas. Be clear with including items on your Commercial invoice. I know from experience that customs is a dept of its own and shipping carriers don’t have any control over that. Declaring the package value is key for added security and protection. Every shipping carrier handles their claims differently. Also making sure you weigh your packages correctly to avoid from being rebilled.
