Unhappy, slow, ice-cold communication

Very slow response. Parcel monkey just take money but then all headaches are on customer to follow up and discuss on package with courier company.
I'm totally unhappy and never recommend to use parcel monkey for courier services specifically for international delivery.
I have been charged extra 85 USD in India for customs, which I have never been informed for and my package original receipt added which is of Jan-2013 so around 6 years old product still additional charges from customs of 85 USD.
Bad and slow communication.

It is completely out of question that suddenly after one month (!!!!) there are additional charges that no-one is explaining in detail. As the package was originally picked up as it was and accepted as it was there should not be any additional charges! As I should at least have been informed prior accepting the service.
This is very ridiculous as of course one month later the package is unpacked and I cannot present a written proof of the weight of the package.
Also Parcel Monkey is not giving any precise information and just giving generic answers. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. NOTHING is transparent.
