Great service, but for one small hiccup, I had to call FEDEX to get the package picked up as the scheduled pickup didn't happen.
And my son had to pay an additional delivery fee to get the box, which I was led to believe was covered in the shipping and delivery fees I paid when I sent it out. Other than that, great service and fast delivery, will be using this again.

28 days took for single package

Poor service, customer service reply in few hours even showing online, then agent takes 48 hours or more to reply to your message only in inbox in their site and not on email, and it takes weeks to reach to understanding point of the shipment to pickup as their working days are 5 only, such a harsh experience I got with them, they only took the matter serious when I asked to cancel my order with deadline date. It took almost 28 days for single package to pickup and put on transit. Even the label and tracking number and confirmation were all provided messed up, I only know the FedEx number when consignee send me the label from destination.
