Great Service! This was the first time to use ParcelMonkey, and I was shipping from the U.S. to China. My 1 lb. package was picked up promptly, tracked by me all the way, and arrived within 4 -days! Phenomenal service!
In addition to the fast and competent service, the charge was less than half of comparable package companies.
My compliments and thanks to ParcelMonkey. I shall return with repeat business.

they were kind of terrible and really nasty when i was coordinating with them over the phone and when the packagage was ultimately delivered it was completely ripped open an untaped and the recievers were extremely angry about this. I
