Problems communicating with UPS International

The dropoff was covered in my previous review, since my package is going to France. But when the parcel got to CDG airport in Paris, issues developed. I thought I had included all the information necessary for a succcessful delivery to the recipient, my grandson, who's spending a full college year abroad at Montpellier University. On 1/14/25, the package got to Paris, but I received a phone call on 1/16 which I missed. The caller, "Alan," left a voicemail, which I didn't see until Saturday, 1/18, which left a call back number, but the caller said more information wa needed, but didn't specify what. UPS is closed for the weekend and holiday and hasn't been answering my return calls. I'm guessing what info they want and providing it to Jackie at parcelmonkey. Jackie has been extremely helpful passing on the info to UPS & hopefully this will lead to a successful delivery, rather than a returned parcel.
