Miserable experience

I paid 700$ customs for some goods that worth 150$ !!!!
I paid 31$ delivery fees which I should not pay !!!!
I lost two items in the shipment and I opened a claim but no one got back to me !!!!!
It’s a miserable experience I will never use fedex again I had to because usps is holding all shipments to Egypt

Worked great! Was fast too, only 27 bucks for 5 days US to UK. Would’ve been a little cheaper with another option but would’ve taken 14 days! Was worried it wouldn’t work because my UK address was weird but it did!
