The service was done but it took 32 days to get to the destination. No customer service to provide me info about the delay or any additional info missing.

I sent a package and it arrived in Madrid on the 6th, it then went to Coslada that same day. It was to be delivered to a Madrid address. It sat for a week for no reason even when we were asking about it.
On the 8th I emailed help desk and was told on the 9th that it is not due for delivery. The recipient also asked about it and was told the same thing. I waited until the 13 and asked what does that mean? Then told sorry it will be delivered tomorrow, which it was.

Very good service with direct from FedEx retail dropoff direct to Germany (no intermediary stop).
