Low cost courier service from USA to China but no help with customs clearance

Parcel Monkey was the least expensive way to send a large box of used clothes to my cousin in China. However, my cousin had to engage an agent to help clear the package through Chinese customs (at point of entry) and pay the necessary import duty, as Parcel Monkey offered no help to clear the package through customs.
