OnLine application produces insufficient paperwork for international shipments

The online application did not print sufficient documentation for inclusion with the shipment. The counter service agent at FedEx examined the documentation provided and had to make extra copies of the shipping page, as well as the customer invoice. I was informed that if the shipment had not included the extra copies it would have been sent back.

This couldn't have been easier. Drop-off was efficient and delivery was fast. I am so appreciative of this good service.
