I was disappointed with this delivery, firstly, I was tracking it, & for some reason, after it left Stansted it went to Ridgemont, then instead of going to Ramsbottom it was taken to Kidderminster then back to Ridgemont, before another day Ramsbottom then Keighley.
Secondly, it was delivered by a replacement driver from the usual one, he parked in the middle of the road, thus blocking the lane, & when I tried to communicate with him it was apparent that he couldn’t speak a word of English.
I am not impressed with the drop in the standards.

Great Service and $64 dollars in savings.
