Packages take too long to deliver. It says 2 to 5 days delivery, but that is a lie. I ship to almost every country every week and It takes up to two weeks for most of my packages to deliver to my customers.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience. We are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied.
However, in this case, the shipment was delayed because it had been held up in Customs, which is out of our control and not included as part of the transit time for any shipment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
