There have been two packages sent on Nov.6.2020. Chosen for 3 to 5 buisness days. The packages arrived on December 6.2020 and one even later than that. After requesting help to find out, what happened. I understand that Covid-19 is a challenge for all of us. I would just have appreciated it, to get some information about the delays.
I gave a 5Star because normally I had an excellent customer experience with Parcel Monkey and FedEx.

It was delivered too late. Not 4days to 14days.
