My package hasn’t had any updates since November 21, despite a promised delivery time of 16 business days. I’ve reached out for support and received no resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.

Horrible! The worst service ever and I will never EVER use this again!

Kindly note that the parcel was rejected by Brazil customs because of no response from receiver to submit documents for clearance. We informed you wih the issue earlier, but it was not cleared from customs.
We will provide you further update once received.
