 Purchased a label for a returned item and declared on the customs form “retuned goods”
 Parcel money sent it as “sale of goods” and I was hit with a £38 customs charge
 Customer service was no help at all despite parcel monkey being the ones who caused this issue
 Will not be using this service again, will go else where from now on.Agent replied on 17/08/2025 Hi Harley,

                DO NOT USE THIS SERVICeBy MAD SHIPPER on 11/06/2025 Unbelieveably TERRIBLE. No phone number to call. They switched my label from Israel to IL (chicago IL) and no response to my messages. Going to contact the attorney general for this ripoff if they don't respond, 
 Update: they have not canceled the shipment. Will need to challenge the charge. The worst customer service EVERAgent replied on 11/06/2025 Kindly note your parcel was not dropped into UPS store using the label 1ZB37G900302409882. Please check from yourend.

 We had a really slow or none responses while we tried to track down the package throughout.Agent replied on 05/06/2025 Our sincere apologies for the broken item received. We have initiated investigiation and provide you the full details.
