Bad experience

If there is an option to give zero star, I will choose it. Really bad experience and I will not trust this website again! I feel like they lost my shipment. It has been more than a month now and I have not received it. I contacted the customer service and they didn’t give me a clear answer.

Apologies for inconvenience caused. The parcel was lost during transit and we are coordinating with Airlines to find the parcel.

This says 10-16 days and it is just now leaving the USA. Not the described length of time
