Parcel from USA to Brasil shipped on 20th June 2020. Parcel was held up in processing in London UK, then for some inexplicable reason sent back to the New York USA being before sent back to London UK. As of today (23rd July), tracking was last updated on 13th July and states the parcel is in New York. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Of three or more packages sent to Paris, one did not arrive. The confirmation of arrival was from another package and another country, so even your verification process was flawed.

This Shipment in not moving . It was supposed to be delivered already ,
Was shipped on 4/28 today is may 19 and it was not delivered.Agent replied on 20/05/2020

Swedish Post office delivery fees, unexpected.

Thank you for getting the package to my mother-in-law in Sweden as expected and paid for. It is unfortunate that every other time she has to pay the Swedish Post Office a fee to retrieve it and have it brought to her mailbox. This should not be happening. It was a very small package and customs were filled correctly. It did not happen in the previous one but it did in the one before. It is hard to know what to do to avoid the cost and hassle. I am the sender and giver, I should pay all the fees, right? Find out what is going on!
