Go elsewhere if you want your package to actually be delivered.

Be very careful sending your parcels with ParcelMonkey- It's been nearly a month since I shipped my package and I was quoted up to 12 business days. The tracking on the package is contradictory and the customer support contact is extremely unhelpful. I would say you get what you pay for, but the pricing is not that much lower comparatively.

WORST SERVICE EVER

not impressed at all - pay for quick premium service and all you get is no service and support. was advised that will get the package in 5 days, not its been over 13 days and still no package --WOULD NOT USE IT AGAIN EVER

False tracking information

Tracking says this package was delivered but it was not.

According to tracking on Australia Post Site it was delivered on the 12th at 1pm. I would suggest you check with the person that you sent the item to
