Tracking information (source, destination), and the shipping label too, look like nonsense compared to reality. Nervous about this. Not happy so far.

We have noticed that you created Booking on 18th Jan today, but no idea what was the issue you faced.
Please note that all international shipments are routed via our warehouse Carol Stream, IL US for X-ray to identify if any prohibited available in the parcel. Once it is done then it will dispatch to the destination and provide you the tracking references.
