Much cheaper and reliable

The price was considerably less expensive ( less than a half of USPS) and the process was very easy. The instructions were simple and easy. The tracking of my package is frequently updated and seems accurate. My package from US to Japan arrived in 20 days that were longer than regular duration of 7~14 days but I was not in hurry and the cheap shipping is the King.

Way too slow for the cost

Sent 4 packages to the UK, only one has been received, the others still in transit. For 30 days now… But I’ve received packages from those friends with no issue. What exactly did I spent $30+ for each package with parcel monkey for? Is someone delivering this via rowboat and bicycle?
