A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I paid for two week shipping and it took almost two months to get there without a single word from anyone about any status updates or delays. Then, when it finally arrived, the carrier was supposedly not able to make contact to actually deliver the item so they said it was "shipped back to me." Its been over another two months and I've received nothing and heard nothing from the carrier or Parcel Monkey. Every time I ask about what is going on, I get a fake tracking number that doesn't work for a package that seems to no longer exist. Now I am out $35 for shipping and $100 for my dress and they've done absolutely nothing to rectify that. This is a total scam. DO NOT TRUST IT AT ALL.

Please note that it is the valid tracking ref# LX104088093JE and you can able to track in both Jersey post website and Lithuania post tracking site.
We may know that the as per the status it was not clear the import customs, however if any duty/tax pay then receiver would have received notification from customs and we don't have control on them. hence it returned to sender.
Also noticed that it booking crossed 90 days, it is not possible to apply claim. So we have refunded you the shipping cost. If we received the parcel then we will send you without any cost.

DO NOT SHIP WITH PARCEL MONKEY! They lost my package. They do not want to pay me even though the parcel was INSURED!!! and they do not return my payment. The price is low - and they loose your package and do not pay insured item! Disgrace!!
Agent claim of "Personal goods" is FALSE. I did not declare it as such. They can include everything they want as "personal goods" This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Agent replied on 11/02/2021
We have noticed that you have insured for personal items and it cannot be claimable as per insurance policy terms. We are in touch with delivery partner, if we found the bag then we will send back to you without any cost.

absolutely the worst shipping service and communication. This package was shipped in August 2020 and as of January 2021 it remains undelivered, neither recipient nor sender has received it. Trying to file a complain via messages with customer service is a joke, they just put me off citing covid delays or waiting for tracking info. I need to file a complaint for the lost parcel value of contents and cost of shipping paid but they do not have an avenue for this.

Since the parcel Unsuccessful delivery attempt due to receiver was not able to contactable. We have approached delivery partner to know the parcel returned their facility. If they received then we will ask them to send it via express service to USA.
