Terrible service from ParcelMonkey!

Terrible service from ParcelMonkey! I have multiple parcels that have not been delivered after weeks, and there’s no update on their whereabouts. Customer service is useless—no response, no help. I do not recommend using them!

Sorry for the inconveneince. We have already informed all of them under customs clearance process in China and they are waiting for documents to be presented by receiver for release the cargo. Please check.

Very significantly delayed, and no communication either to receiver or to sender (me) on why this was held up.

Kindly note that the parcel was delivered on 14th Jan by France post office and the post office informed us the delay delivery reason as christmas & New Year backlog.
