Seems like it delivered? Wish I could see who signed for it, but haven't heard back from my receiver that they hadn't received it? So that seem optimistic.

Sales tax and custom fee

Hi. I send I gift to my brother and he had to pay sales tax and a custom fee to have the package released. It has never happened before. The value of what I sent was $20. Taxes and fees added $15. Seems odd. Thx
