Terrible service run away

Terrible service - I would not recommend at all using UPS and parcel monkey, I tried sending 4 boxes to the UK and have had to rearrange the delivery twice, spent a lot of energy time and money on this and my boxes have still not arrived to the UK. When I tried calling UPS I had to wait almost an hour before being able to speak to someone who was very difficult to understand as they were probably a platform located God knows where!

IT'S A FRAUD. We have been charged for addational fee more than 380eur without my consent.

Dear Eileen, The charge is simply one handed to ourselves directly from the carrier to pass on to the sender, as it is the senders responsibility to ensure the measurements provided at the time of booking are as accurate as possible. Any goods that are mis-declared are subject to these charges as they are using additional space in the couriers network, which of course incurs extra fees. Most of the time it concerns big shipments.
