My only moan about UPS is that there is no option on collection times, even no forwarning by SMS. This means having to stay in all day which is not appropriate in this day and age.

Basically, I was mis-sold, mistreated by customer services on all fronts, and have been forced to pay an extra 27.59€ extra transport fees which I was promised I wouldn't have to pay + 40€ to hire a car as it was not delivered to my home as promised + 25.06€ unexplained extra fees + 83.27 unexplained extra fees = 175.92€ more than the 341.73€ I had already paid for the order, which was already a significant sum!!!!! What is going on!!! I am waiting for an explanation and a refund of this terrible service which has caused me a lot of stress!!!!

fast delivery to the u.k only fault was u.k. side left parcel without seeing anyone and it was insured for £700
