Damage claimed for, no reaction from Parcelmonkey

Not particularly impressed. UPS did not pick up the parcel from my house - this was done by another carrier. The next thing was that I heard from the recipient that an item in one of the three boxes had been broken. Luckily this item was easy to replace for only £17 or so, this is what I am claiming.
After 6 hours of posting my query (chat) there has been zero response from parcelmonkey.Parcel Monkey replied on 27/11/2018
