Wait 4 days, then wait all day, 21h00 note in postbox

UPS messenger came long enough to say nobody home, BUT I had windows and some doors open to listen for him, a large metal bell at the postbox and a dog who always barks when a visitor arrives, nothing! He claims nobody was home, but did not hoot, ring the bell or knock on the door. As a result I was told to take it to the Lezignan depot for UPS to get it there, and they said they were not interested as code did not scan. If the website had given me the opportunity of dropping the parcel in Lezignan, I would have taken it as it would have saved 4 days being wasted, now it is late

AVOID AT ALL COST

Courier failed to collect the invoice, returned the parcels to sender and parcel monkey would not refund the order despite advising them that there was an issue. Avoid at all cost and use someone else.

Dear Robert Chappel, as we have explained to you earlier it is the senders responsibility to ensure that all the documentation provided at the time of booking and pick up are as accurate as possible. For any shipments going abroad, you now need a pro-forma/commercial invoice 3 copies have to be printed and be placed in an enveloppe (closed) on the parcel. So they can not be removed by the driver or anyone else. Please, kindly take it into a consideration for your future shipments in order to avoid such situations and delays. Best regards.
