Please, kindly note that this charge is simply one handed to ourselves directly from the carrier to pass on to the sender, as it is the senders responsibility to ensure the measurements provided at the time of booking are as accurate as possible. Any goods that are mis-declared are subject to these charges as they are using additional space in the couriers network, which of course incurs extra fees. Best regards.
