The services was quite fast.
I'd like to suggest that would be much useful if when picking up the parcel you provide a "slot time" insted just the day., in this way it's easier so people can organize the day.

The parcel was insured for £250 and was left on the front door step.......luckily the parcel was recieved but I do not believe this to be an acceptable delivery.

First time using UPS through ParcelMonkey. Good price and very easy to make the order and collection was super quick (about 30 mins from order).
Definitely recommend
