The reason I give them a 4 & not a 5 is I had a few issues using their website. Other than that their price to ship my 50lb parcel from NC to CO WAS $25.00 cheaper than sending it via US mail or UPS. I printed the shipping label they sent me & took the parcel to UPS where they honored it with no hassle & the package arrived in it's original new condition 4 days later exactly when they said it would arrive.
I will definitely use them again.

We booked this service to send a box to our customer in Delaware - it made it Pennsylvania before being returned to us received 5/20/2026. This is the 3rd bad experience in as many weeks we have had and it has cost us dearly.
