Great service! Definitely saved a lot of $ using Parcel Monkey vs UPS website or UPS in-store!! Was even cheaper than USPS due to it being a large package.

Thank you UPS ground service for a 13lb food shipment to Vegas from Redondo Beach CA, transit time was good since it was a returned order self postage where refund was already issued. Saved customer lotta money, sorry didn't know corn products such as polenta and cornmeal, popcorns are much easier to work with and also filling and nutritious. Thank you.

Second usage experience not great

It ended up costing a bit more than what was quoted and it took forever (> a week) to get from San Diego to Cincinnati. Have used before but this was not great frankly.
