Bad handling of guitar box, large hole in the bottom side!!

Delivered with a large hole in package that almost broke the guitar in half. The package box came with a big hole on the bottom side. It is mind boggling that such thing happens to a guitar box, nothing obvious on the guitar it self thank god but who knows if there’s internal damage. It appears as if the hole was done with a sharp stick or rod. Never seen such thing happen to a package before. UPS service is degrading.
