3 day delivery turned into 2 weeks

International Shipping for years - now may have to go elsewhere

I would leave a "0" if I could. I sent a package using UPS off of Parcel Monkey. I even paid extra for insurance. Parcel Monkey tells me it's shipped DDU (not exactly sure how that came to be) so they said I needed to contact the shipper directly. So, I filed a claim through UPS and got a message back saying that since it was sent DDU, it wasn't insurable?!?
