I stupidly bought a $200 lamp from Bed Bath and Beyond thinking it would have free returns similar to Amazon and Wayfair. Boy, was I wrong! I tried to ship the lamp I wanted to return at a Staples UPS location and they quoted me $150 as the cheapest way to ship the package.
I was about to donate the damaged lamp to charity, but I found Parcel Monkey and I was able to ship the return for less than half the cost originally quoted (still annoyed since it was such a cheap lamp, but I am happy that I was able to recoup over half of the money originally spent!).
