Unexplained rip off

I have used and even recommended your service since I have been using it since I lived in the UK years ago! This time however I shipped a package to the same person I always ship to only there was only 1 quilt not 2 and received an additional charge of double what I paid stating something was off??? But didn't tell me what was off? When I sent an email to enquire I got no reply. The irritating bit was your verbiage said that the price you've NOW charged is what I would of paid if my numbers were correct which can't be true, as I said I always ship two quilts for 16 dollars and change, this was 1 quilt for 13 dollars and change!

I was referred your service from a PayPal agent because I was trying to have a vendor who sold me a defective item pay for return shipping and they declined. I had never heard of parcelmonkey.com before. It would of cost 3 times as much to ship without your service. Thank you and welcome into my parcel shipping family. A+
